1) Reason for Exchange, Return or Refund to be provided
2) For Exchanges, photos of footwear's Top View, Side View and Bottom View are to be taken to ensure footwear is in good condition (Shipping fees for both return & re-delivery to be bourne by the customer. Proof of parcel tracking number and bank-in receipts to be provided)
3) All worn, torn and damaged items will NOT be eligible for Exchange, Return or Refund.
4) NECKERMANN will not not be held responsible for parcels that have been damaged, or deemed lost during return transit.
5) Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days after the product has been received, inspected and approved.
